chickdowntown.com refuses to answer regarding missing item on the order

awful customer experience with chickdowntown.com. I have made an order with that web site and one item which was 94 USD bracelet was not included in the package when it arrived. The Fedex package was safe with no damages, and the bracelet was not mentioned on the commercial invoice attached to the box. The bracelet was listed in the packing slip document inside the package though. I have contacted them 2 times via email and 2 times via the web site but it's been 5 days and they never answered however for each time I contacted them via the web site I received auto reply where they promised to answer my inquiry within 24 hours but it never happened.

Dear Yoko. Good for you to have nothing but pleasant experience with chickdowntown.com. Just so you know, I have ordered earlier and spent between $1600-$1700 at that web site within half a year and didn't have any problems at all. But then that problem with delivery occured, naturally I informed them right away and was not being rude in any way shape or form, I waited patiently for the reply for couple of days, despite the web site claim that all emails are answered as received within 24 hours, then emailed again, and it took them a week to reply, but still I haven't received a refund or a replacement after almost a month. And I don't think customer service efficiency should depend on paid amount. For the sake of 94 dollars, how much business can this shop lost? The problem is not me as the customer, it’s the company that lacks clear and full-bodied communications.

You need to realize, Your not the only customer that chickdowntown.com has! Take it easy killer! Be calm! When you freak out, and are rude, you get pushed back on the list! chickdowntown.com is an amazing online boutique and has amazing stuff, don't talk so negative untill you give them a real shot! Try ordering something over 94$! Try calling them and being pleasent and polite and i'm sure you will have your item within the week! Sending nasty emails and posts arn't going to get you anywhere! They have finally contacted me after a week and promiced to re-send the missing bracelet but it\s been another week and neither I have received the btacelet nor a tracking number I requested
