Dear Yoko. Good for you to have nothing but pleasant experience with chickdowntown.com. Just so you know, I have ordered earlier and spent between $1600-$1700 at that web site within half a year and didn't have any problems at all. But then that problem with delivery occured, naturally I informed them right away and was not being rude in any way shape or form, I waited patiently for the reply for couple of days, despite the web site claim that all emails are answered as received within 24 hours, then emailed again, and it took them a week to reply, but still I haven't received a refund or a replacement after almost a month. And I don't think customer service efficiency should depend on paid amount. For the sake of 94 dollars, how much business can this shop lost? The problem is not me as the customer, it’s the company that lacks clear and full-bodied communications.
